23 things +5 part 2 Kartoo

I've spent a little bit of time recently playing with Kartoo. for a visual person, it's good to have that sort of mind map structure.
i tried a number of searches. one search was for Daniel Buren, the artist from belgium. his official page didn't show up on the fist map, but on the second. i didn't realise there were other 'maps' for a few minutes. only when i entered daniel buren official as the search term, did his site appear on the first map. pages that did appear were wikipedia and the guggenheim museum, (buren had a significant show there in 2005, read all about it here.)

out of interest, i did a comparison, using other search engines. here's a selection of results.

daniel's restaurant appears as a sponsored link and wikipedia comes in at 8 on the list.

with all the web i had to remember to select the all languages radio button as the default is english. while there is an english translation of buren's website, it's initially written in french. wikipedia comes up as the first result in all but one of the searches.
