A couple more images from the show. one of the end wall piece before completion. more red shows through around the edge. the other is a detail of the piece on the right hand wall. it's in red pencil. i have mentioned in other posts that the pencil pieces are exceptionally difficult to photograph well. the camera doesn't pick up the detail when trying to photograph the whole wall. it shows just how much is experiential about the piece. even being in the gallery space it was hard to see the whole work at once. the eye travels through the work. each passage is seen as the eye of the viewer moves through the work. the photos form a new work, and only partially reproduce the work in the gallery.
